The prediction of the cost of the project. A conceptual estimate is usually performed as part of the project feasibility and analysis at the beginning of the project.
Budget Development & Preliminary Scheduling
Budget development is a detailed statement outlining estimated project costs to support the sponsored project. Preliminary Scheduling is a schedule attached to the Contract as Exhibit A pursuant to which the Design- Builder proposes to substantially complete the work.
Final Budgeting & Master Project Scheduling
Foundational principle in forecasting the cost of construction of a structure.
Offering cost saving suggestions and alternates to the owner of a project in an effort to reduce the cost.
Costs Savings Analysis
Providing the leadership, expertise, and authorities to implement critical and specific aspects of the response. Responsible for orchestrating a coordinated response.
DTC is soliciting firm information from DBE, M/WBE, SBE, and HUB subcontractors qualified in disciplines including, but not limited to, CSI Divisions 2 through 33. Qualified firms should submit an Estimating Contact Form.

We are a General Contractor that works ostensibly in the Houston area Market. The majority of our projects are K-12 Schools, and Municipal Buildings and we subcontract 95% of our contracted work.
